Heard Sri Kotti Siva, learned counsel for Pet'ltiOner/A2 and Sri Neelothpal Ganji, the learned Ass'lstant Public Prosecutor for respondent/State. 3. Perused the record. 4. Having heard the leamed counsel On both S'ldeS and Perused the record, it is seen that the FIR in this case was registered On 21.10.2024. The raiding party recovered 20.568 kgs of ganja and arrested five acoused, and remanded them to judicial custody. The present Petitioner is A2, seeks regular bail. The leamed Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. 5. Th-IS Court, by Order dated 24.12.2024 in Cri.P.No.8776 of2024, considering the submissions of A4, granted bail. The facts alleged against the present petitioner are sim'Ilar tO those alleged against A4. The petitioner is a woman and has been in judicial Custody for more than?, three months. The materiar'Part Of the investigation iS complete. In these circumstances, any further continuation of detention does not seem necessary.
