The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent raised strong objection by stating that this case involves cheating of huge amount of money to the tune of Rs.1,42,78,27,000/- which were collected from 12052 depositors by the accused persons. He also submitted that the co- accused A12, A14 and A15 are still absconding and the petitioner herein is required for the purpose of investigation. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the fact that the co- accused in this case are still absconding and the petitioner is required for the purpose of further investigation, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2128 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29877 of 2024, dated 12.02.2025. 4.
