JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 12.06.2025 Heard Mr. M. M. Zaman, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. L. Hage, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh. 2. This Court by an order dated 29.04.2025, had earlier granted interim anticipatory bail to the accused applicant on execution of bail bond of Rs. 20,000 with a direction to cooperate with the investigation and to appear before the Investigating Agency. It is submitted that pursuant to the interim anticipatory bail order, the accused applicant appeared before the Investigating Officer of the case on 10.06.2025, and gave his police statement. Thus, the accused has been cooperating with the investigation and continues to appear before the Investigating Agency as and when required. 4. The Case Diary has been produced by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor and I have perused the same. 5. From the record, it appears that the accused applicant is co-operating for investigation of the case. 6. Having regard to the nature of the allegation; the fact that the accused is co-operating for investigation and is not likely to abscond or temper with evidence, no further custodial interrogation appears to be necessary at this stage. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the prayer for confirmation of anticipatory bail is justified. 7. In light of the above, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the accused vide order dated 29.04.2025 is hereby confirmed. The accused Shri Anupam Das shall continue to remain on anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions as already imposed, with the further conditions: (i) that the accused applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and shall appear before the Investigating Authority of the case as and when called for; (ii) that the accused applicant shall not hamper with the investigation, or tamper with the evidence of the case; and Page No.# 3/3 (iii) that the accused applicant shall, not directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer. 8.
