On the last date of hearing i.e. 08.04.2025, the following order was passed: - “The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.05 dated 29.01.2025 registered under Sect 191(3) & 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Khem Karan, District Tarn Taran. He further submits that even the complainant has also not been made party-respondent in the present petition Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an adjournment to get instructions. Adjourned to 25.04.2025.” Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same ca action with better particulars by impleading the complain respondent.
