Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.17, dated 03.02.2025, under Section 22 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Balachaur, District SBS Nagar. 2. Counsel for the petitioner contends that a false case has been filed against the petitioner, alleging the recovery of 50 tablets of contraband, containing 16.40 grams of salt of Etizolam and Escitalopram Oxalate, from his possession. 3. Learned State counsel has filed the status report and custody certificate dated 18.02.2026, which are taken on record.
