In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is also DISPOSED OF in the same terms as that of Special Civil Application No.16599 of 2012. Rule is made absolute to the accordingly. 4. It is made clear that the benefits to which the petitioner would be entitled to shall be computed and made available to him within a period of EIGHT WEEKS from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
