When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that re-survey will be conduted by the 5 th respondent. 3. In the light of the above submission, the process of re-survey shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
