It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not in contact with the petitioner for last several years and has no instruction.
2. It appears from the report sent by Sri Anil Kumar Pandey, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Godda vide letter no.29 dated 19.03.2025 that the petitioner Md. Ashraf Ansari alias Ashraf Ansari has not deposited any money towards payment of arrears of maintenance amount to Rukeya Bibi-O.P. No.2 till date.
3. It also appears from the office note dated 25.03.2025 that no affidavit has been filed with regard to personal service of notice upon the O.P. No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he could not file the personal service of notice as the petitioner is not in contact with him.
5. It appears from the impugned judgment dated 06.12.2017 passed in Matrimonial/Original Suit No.25 of 2013 that the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.1,30,271/- in total with
-2- regard to Rs.37,670/ (Articles) + Rs.30,000/ (cash) + Rs.13,000/ (Iddat) + Rs.10,301/ (Dain Mehar) + Rs.39,300/ (Ornaments) in three instalments which is under challenge before this Court.

It appears that till date the petitioner has not deposited any amount in the garb of filing Criminal Revision Application before this Court and even the petitioner has not complied with the direction given by the Co-ordinate Bench on 24.11.2021 (Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Kumar) of this Court with regard to personal service of notice to the O.P. No.2.
7. Thus, Cr. Revision No.85 of 2018 is dismissed for non- prosecution.
