By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. In spite of direction passed on earlier occasion, both the petitioners never intended to register their marriage under Special Marriage Act and as such there is hardly any need of direction since the same is not been utilized for protecting and safeguarding themselves and leading life as an unmarried couple. 5. In view thereof, the prayer mentioned in the present petition cannot be exceeded, hence the same stands disposed of.
