The present MCC has been filed by the applicant for restoration of W.P.(S) No.5030/2012, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 18.11.2022. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the default as pointed out by the Registry will be removed by him during the course of the day. He further submits that he could not check-up the cause list properly and due to unawareness he could not appear before the Court on 18.11.2022, therefore, the instant applicant may be allowed and the W.P.(S) No.5030/2012 may be restored to its original number. 4. For the reason mentioned in the application, same is allowed and W.P.(S) No.5030/2012, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 18.11.2022 be restored in its original number, subject to payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee and removing the default during the course of the day.
