2. The Controller Of Examination, Rajasthan Para Medical Council, C-7, Sultan House, 2 And 3 Floor, Sawai Jai Singh Highway, Bani Park, Jaipur ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Mahipal Singh Kharra Mr. Dharmendra Fageria For Respondent(s) : Mr. Bharat Saini HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANUROOP SINGHI Order 24/11/2025
1. By way of present writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought a direction to get his answer sheet of Biochemistry Paper of Part-II of Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology Examination checked on the ground that it was not checked by the respondents.
2. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that, as only 02 marks were awarded to him, he applied for the re- evaluation in Biochemistry subject, in which again 36 marks were awarded. However, as the said enhancement was beyond 20% of the marks originally awarded, the mater was referred to a third subject expert, who assigned 26 marks. Accordingly, an average of 36 marks and 26 marks, being 31 marks, was finally awarded
[2025:RJ-JP:47475] (2 of 2) [CW-5410/2023] to the petitioner. As a consequence thereof, he was declared failed.
3. In the considered opinion of this Court, once the answer sheet of the petitioner of Biochemistry paper of Part-II of the diploma stands checked, not only once but twice, the prayer that his answer sheet remains unchecked does not survive anymore. Further, considering the fact that the petitioner has failed, nothing further survives in the matter.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
5. All pending applications also stand dismissed.
