Petitioner Divya has filed petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C./under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking direction to respondents No. 2 to 4 for conducting fair, fast and impartial investigation in FIR No. 0001 dated 11.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) or transferring the investigation to State Crime Branch, with further direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect life and liberty of petitioner from the hands of private respondents or any order which the Court may deem fit. 2. Notice of motion. 3. On advance notice, Ms. Ambika Sood, Addl. A.G. Haryana appears and accepts notice on behalf of State. Learned State counsel on instructions of ASI Rambhateri, No. 796/RTK states that challan in this case has been presented on 21.02.2025, supplementary challan was also presented on 03.03.2025. Even charges are framed on 16.07.2025 and now case is fixed for prosecution evidence for 12.11.2025.
