As per FIR, injuries inflicted had been on the Complainant/ Respondent No.2 on his head with a weapon. Chargesheet has also been filed. 5. Learned APP for the State appears on advance Notice and points out that Petitioner No.2 Captain Singh had been absconding, but has now joined investigations.
