At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 2 & 3 would submit that by communication/notice dated 9-9-2023 K GOWRI SANKARA RAO Digitally signed by K GOWRI SANKARA RAO Date: 2025.05.02 16:35:26 +0530 2 (Annexure-R3/3) of the SDO it has been stated that after verifying the submission made by the petitioners the final award has been passed and asked the petitioners to collect the amount, however, the petitioners failed to respond to the said communication. 2. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that no award has been passed till date as mentioned in Annexure-R3/3 dated 9-9-2023 and in the memo dated 4-12-2017 and if any award has been passed the petitioners will question the same before the appropriate forum. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the parties, the present contempt petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged. 4.
