On due consideration and for the reason mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and delay in filing the acquittal appeal is hereby condoned. 3. The petition being arguable is admitted for hearing. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the judgment passed by the trial Court as well as related documents. 7. On due consideration, leave as prayed for by the counsel for the petitioner, is granted. 8. Registry is directed to register the present Cr.M.P. under the head of “Acquittal Appeal”. 9. After registration of acquittal appeal, issue notice to respondents by ordinary course as well as by registered mode within a week. Process fee be paid within a week. 10.
