Heard Mr. Kushal Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Kawaljeet Singh Saini, learned Panel Lawyer for the State/respondent/s. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs : “10.1. That, this Hon'ble may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities to speedily dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2024 and order the concerned respondent authority to carry out necessary action. 10.2. That, this Hon'ble may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities to grant NOC to the petitioner to further her higher education studies i.e., M.Sc. Nursing as against her junior candidates so that her academic session is not affected adversely. 10.3. Any other relief, which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities are not granting permission to the petitioner to pursue her studies as M.Sc. Nursing though the person junior to the petitioner namely Shri Abhay Kumar Kispotta and Smt. Indramani Bhagat have been granted permission. Since the junior to the petitioner have been granted permission as such, the petitioner is also entitled for permission to pursue her studies to the course of M.Sc. Nursing. 3 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, when it has been enquired from learned State counsel, he has submitted that permission has been granted to one namely Shri Abhay Kumar Kispotta and Smt. Indramani Bhagat, however, the permission has been granted for the session 2023-2024. 5. Be that as it may, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders within a period of fifteen days. 6.
