The petitioner, who is in custody since 07.03.2025, seeks regular bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 118 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 64(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 AND Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed rape with a minor girl. 4. From perusal of the records it appears that petitioner is tampering with evidence as he has got filed a compromise petition. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36570 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected. 7.
