Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ajit Singh, learned Government Advocate for the State. 2. Instant petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- “(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 19.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent No.4 and the petitioner may be continuously allowed his work at Govt. Primary School, Pendravan, Block Bilaigarh District Sarangarh-Bilaigarh Chhattisgarh in the interest of justice. (ii)Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been posted to a place where there is already a Head Master is available and as such the petitioner cannot be posted in that place, there is only one post available for the Head Master, Head Master cannot be accommodated on the said post. 4. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner may file appropriate representation before the concerned authority raising all his grievances and in turn, the authorities will consider the representation filed by the petitioner. 3 5. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file his representation before the concerned authority within 10 days, in turn, the authorities are directed to consider and decide the representation within a further period of one month.
