For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein vide orders in Crl.P.No.7310 of 2025 dated 22.07.2025 to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 A.M., and 01.00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required. Accordingly, the I.A.No.1 of 2025 Is allowed.
