Even on second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Learned State counsel, at the outset, has submitted that the investigation is complete and the challan has been presented against one of the accused, namely, Laxmi Narayan on 18.07.2024 and one of the co- accused on 11.02.2025, where he was declared innocent. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his remedy before the trial Court in accordance with law.
