This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "श्रदद्धेय न्ययाययालय दयारया परमयादद्धेश प्रकक तति मम आदद्धेश, अथवया तनिदरश पयाररति कर तवपकक्षी ससंख्यया 1 (अपर आययक्त (प्रशयासनि) प्रययागरयाज मण्डल प्रययागरयाज) कको तनिदरतशति तकयया जयावद्धे तक ययातचिकयाकतियार्ता / तनिगरयानिक्षीकतियार्ता दयारया प्रस्तियति (तवचियारयाधक्षीनि) तनिगरयानिक्षी ससंख्यया 95/2005-2006, कम्प्ययटरक्षीकक ति वयाद ससंख्यया 2005020000200, बमयकदमया रयाजयारयाम बनियाम रयामखद्धेलयावनि आतद, अन्तिगर्ताति धयारया 219 उत्तर प्रदद्धेश मय० रयाजस्व अधधतनियम 1901, पर यथया शक्षीघ्र सयनिवयाई हद्धेतिय उतचिति आजया पयाररति तकयद्धे जयानिद्धे हद्धेतिय आजया पयाररति तकयद्धे जयानिद्धे ककी अनियकम्पया ककी जयावम।" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned revision is pending since 2005 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned revision is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the above-mentioned revision, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
