The petitioners’ bail application was rejected by the learned trial Court vide order dated 11.11.2025, thereafter the petitioners have preferred this bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. 3. He also submits that the accused-petitioners have been in custody for a long time and the trial is likely to take a long time. Therefore, he prayed that the accused petitioners may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor as well as counsel for the complainant have strongly opposed the bail application and submit that four persons have suffered injuries in the alleged incident for which the FIR was lodged on 25.08.2025. 5. This Court considered the arguments as raised by both the parties and from the perusal of the case diary, it is noted that no overt act has been assigned to both the petitioners herein and complainant stated that one more person suffered injuries however, the injury report of any other person is not annexed in the case diary, however, this fact is not supported by learned Public Prosecutor while perusing the case diary. 6. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the present case particularly the fact that no overt act has been assigned to either of the petitioners, that they are behind the bars since long time and trial of the case will take a long time, this Court deems it just and proper to grant bail to the accused- petitioners. 6.
