Present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.88 dated 12.08.2018 under Sections 302, 420, 201, 34, 120-B, 109 & 114 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Rohdai, District Rewari. 2. Learned State counsel, at the outset, on instructions from ASI Harmender, has submitted that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is behind bars since 20.05.2021. 4. Keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and in view of the custody period of the petitioner, this Court would refrain from commenting anything on the merits of the case. However, the present petition stands disposed of with request to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial, in accordance with law.
