The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned endorsement bearing No.DRL/SOR/ /2022-23 dated 03.01.2023 issued by the 2nd respondent declining to accept the petition filed under Section 25 of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act as per Annexure- A and issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 21.12.2022 filed under Section 25 of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act as per Annexure-B. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Suffice it to note that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 21.12.2022 alleging certain misappropriation and to hold an enquiry against Vidya Vardhak Sangh, Yadavad, Mudalgi Taluk, Belagavi district. However, the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4159 WP No. 101957 of 2023 Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies intimated to the petitioner that he must take appropriate action before the appropriate Court. It is pivotal to note that the State Government on 08.02.2023 directed the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies to adhere Section 25 of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960. 5. Because of the direction issued by the State Government, this Court deems it proper to direct the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies – the second respondent to adhere to Section 25 of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960. 6. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Because of disposal of the Writ Petition, all pending interlocutory applications if any are disposed of and the interim order if any granted by this Court stands discharged.
