The writ petition earlier appeared on 18.11.2024, when an accommodation was sought for on behalf of the petitioner. The same prayer for accommodation was also advanced on 04.12.2024, when the writ petition was called.
Today, also, when the writ petition has been called, none represented the petitioner.
Learned advocate for the State submits that a case was initially registered being Sankrail PS Case No. 541 of 2024, where, on conclusion of investigation, Final Report was submitted before the learned CJM, Howrah on 18.01.2025.
In view of the Final Report having been submitted, the police authorities are bound to send Notice to the defacto- complainant. In case, any notice has not been sent, the learned court will take steps for sending Notice to the defacto- complainant so that if the defacto- complainant is aggrieved, he/she would take steps in accordance with law before the learned jurisdictional Court.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26289 of 2024 is disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
