This is second round of litigation. Petitioner has earlier approached this Court by way of filing Writ Petition No. 35168 of 1999, which was allowed vide order dated 18.08.1999. 2. None appeared on behalf of petitioner. 3. Sri Brijesh Narain Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Stare- Respondents refers relevant part of impugned order that appointment of petitioner was not against sanctioned post as well as his name was not mentioned in MR list submitted by concerned School when school was taken in grant in aid. It was also noted in impugned order that petitioner has committed forgery in attendance register. 4. I have considered the above submission and after going through the writ petition does not find any substantive ground or averment to contradict the above referred reasons mentioned in impugned order. 5. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. 6. However, petitioner will have liberty to file recall or review application, as the case may be, if cause still survives, within eight weeks from today. 7. A copy of this order be sent to petitioner on the given address. 8. Registrar (Compliance) to take steps.
