Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J.(Oral) By means of instant petition, the petitioners have sought the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to pay the interest @ 9% per annum upon delayed payment of arrears of revised pay scale to the petitioners forthwith as the respondents have paid the said benefit to the similarly situated person. (ii) Issue any other or further writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iii) To award the cost of the petitions in favour of the petitioners.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2 3.
