Case No. 04 of 2025 arising out of Godda (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 647 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376(2) (k), 376(2) (n), 313 & 493 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Godda. 3. Marriage of the petitioner was fixed with the prosecutrix. On 05.08.2023, the petitioner came to the house of the victim and established physical relationship with her. Thereafter, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Godda in connection with S.T.
