This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Maintenance Case No. F 611 of 2023, under Section 125 CrPC, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhadohi at Gyanpur expeditiously within stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case was filed by the applicant for maintenance against her husband which is pending since 2023 and still lying at the stage of appearance of opposite party no.2/husband. It is further submitted that the applicant is in the condition of starvation for want of money. It is also submitted that despite publication made by the trial court the opposite party no.2 has not appeared before the Court concerned. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 5. In the circumstances, the Court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. 6. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
