[2025:RJ-JP:3536] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 1104/2025 1. Bhoma Son Of Prabhu, 2. Sanjay Son Of Ramlal, both are Resident Of Mahariya, Police Station Mandawari, district Dausa (At Present Accused Petitioner Confined In District Jail Dausa) ----Petitioners Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through P.P. ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. G.S. Gouttam For Respondent(s) : Mr. Manvendra Singh, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 24/01/2025 The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 225/2024 registered at Police Station Mandawari, District Dausa for the offence(s) under Sections 191(2), 190, 224, 121(1), 132, 262, 352 and 221 of BNS. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused- petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Allegations against the present petitioners and other co-accused are similarly In nature and omnibus but co-accused Mahesh, Dilkhush, Ajay and Ramawtar have already been enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 16.01.2025. The accused petitioners are in custody since 19.12.2024 and the trial of the case will take considerable [2025:RJ-JP:3536] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-1104/2025] time. Therefore, the benefit of bail may be granted to the accused- petitioners. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application. Heard and perused the material available on the record. Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties and looking to the fact that petitioner is in custody since long and trial will take time, therefore, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners Bhoma Son Of Prabhu and Sanjay Son Of Ramlal, in connection with FIR No. 225/2024 registered at Police Station Mandawari, District Dausa shall be enlarged on bail provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
