Limited Naini, Prayagraj on 31.10.2023, however, his retiral benefits are still not paid, therefore, he has approached this Court by way of present writ petition. 3. None appears on behalf of respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4, despite on their request, an adjournment is granted on the last date. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of that in case, there is no legal impediment, all retrial dues of petitioner be cleared within a short period. 5. So far as grievance of petitioner in regard to rent on higher rate for over stay at the house of the company is concerned, the petitioner has liberty to approach concerned respondent. 6.
