Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam City registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) read with 8(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Case of the prosecution, in brief is that on 25.01.2025, on receipt
2. of credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police along with his staff and mediators rushed to opposite LIC building. Central Park wall Visakhapatnam city, and caught the accused in possession of 1.5Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with other material was seized under the cover of mediators report.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends been in judicial custody from 25.01.2025 bail to the petitioner herein. On the other hand, vehemently opposed the grant of bail to the the petitioner herein has involved in two other crimes. Heard. Perused the record. that the petitioner has and prays this Court to grant

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted alleged to be seized from the which is not of commercial had permanent abode and there i the justice. It is submitted by the learned most of the witnesses of the accused would tampering of witnesses. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and since the contraband involved in the present crime is not a commercial quantity, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. In the result, the criminal petition is allowed with the following that the contraband possession of accused is 1.5Kgs of ganja, quantity. It is submitted that the petitioner no possibility of his fleeing away from counsel for the petitioner that are shown to be official witnesses and the release not cause hampering of investigation IS and
