Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 127(1), 115(2), 64, 62, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 8 and 12 of othe POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner attempted to commit rape on the minor daughter of informant. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State and opposite party no.2 oppose the prayer for bail. 6.
