By the impugned order, the writ Court directed the appellants to consider the plea of the respondent job seeker for compassionate appointment. 3. Aggrieved over the same, though this appeal has been preferred, when this appeal is taken up for final hearing, Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants has submitted that, the order of the writ Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order dated 08.08.2023 passed by the Chief Educational Officer, Salem whereby the respondent / writ petitioner has been directed to be appointed on compassionate ground. 4.
