Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks quashment of impugned invalidation notice dated 29.07.2025, issued by respondent No. 6, whereby, the petitioner has been conveyed that the Medical Board has declared him completely and permanently ‘unfit’ for further service of any kind in CRPF, in consequence of “Defective Colour Perception CP-IV(Four)” since 21.10.2016. He seeks further direction upon the respondents not to interfere in his peaceful service on the post of Constable/GD and to consider his representation dated 08.08.2025, in accordance with law. 02. Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI, who is present in the Court, submits that petitioner has approached this Court only on service of notice asking him to produce his examination certificate from a Civilian Board of Doctors to the respondents for taking a final decision to refer him to the Review Medical Board as to whether he is unfit or not, as such, petitioner has approached this Court without any cause of action. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if his petition is disposed of at this stage, with the direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 08.08.2025, in accordance with law. 04. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, and not being opposed by learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is disposed of at this motion stage with a direction to the 3 respondents to consider the representation dated 08.08.2025, filed by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously. 05.
