Tanuku, West Godavari District, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in CC.No.290 of.2023 and that he is aggrieved learned Magistrate permitting the 2"“ on the file 2. The learned arraigned as accused in by the order passed by the the typographical errors with regard to the respondent to carry out dates in the complaint. The reasoning given by the learned Magistrate for permitting the petitioner to carryout typographical before the Court and that they errors is that all the documents are reveal truth and facts regarding the dates. It is also recorded that the evidence is already on record, the petition is allowed with liberty to the accused to raise his objection at the time of arguments, the Court XI also observed that the contention raised by the petitioner whether is permissibie for the Court to permit rectification of typographical errors after completion of evidence or at the time of judgment. This Court finds no grounds to interfere with the order passed by the learned Magistrate and it is left open to the Magistrate to consider the issue at the time of judgment.
