Piduguralla has accorded sanction under General funds and accordingly tenders were invited. After evaluation of tenders, the works were allotted to the Petitioner. It is further stated that after completion of works, the Municipal authorities had prepared Bills for payment and due to financial priorities, the bills could not be processed. It is also stated that the Municipal authorities are processing the bills and the bills will be paid from the available municipal general funds. St. 2 As there is no dispute to the execution of works and amount due to the Petitioner is admitted, the Writ Petition i: disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the consent of both sides and placing the written instructions on record, with the following direction: 4.
