Petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher in a Government Primary School at Lohaghat, District Champawat. According to him, his wife is posted as Assistant Teacher in a Government Primary School in Block Barakot, therefore, petitioner made a request for transfer to Barakot under Spouse Policy. 4. Since no decision has been taken on petitioner’s request, therefore, he has approached this Court. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that the representation made by petitioner was in respect of Transfer Session 2022-23 and thereafter two more transfer sessions have gone by. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to make fresh representation for his Transfer to Tehsil Barakot in District Champawat. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation for his transfer under Spouse Policy, to the competent authority. If petitioner makes representation within ten days from today, the competent authority shall examine his request and take decision as per law, within four months thereafter.
