The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 168/2024 arising out of Manjhiaon P.S. Case No. 12/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376, 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that out of 15 witnesses, 9 witnesses have already been examined in this case and trial of this case is on the verge of conclusion. 4. The offence alleged is under Sections 302 and 376 of the I.P.C. 5. It appears that some incriminating articles were recovered on the basis of the confession of the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
