JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 13-05-2025 Heard Mr. A. Gamrey, learned counsel for the accused petitioner and Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh. 2. By the order dated 23.04.2025, while calling for the Case Diary, the accused petitioner was protected by an interim order with a direction that in the event of his arrest, the accused shall be released on interim anticipatory bail, on execution on bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a local surety of like amount to the Page No.# 2/3 satisfaction of the arresting authority, with the further conditions that the accused petitioner shall appear before the I.O. of the case as and when called for and the accused shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after obtaining the interim order, the accused petitioner appeared before the I.O. of the case on 27.04.2025. He was shown arrested on 27.04.2025 and subsequently, released on bail, on the same day itself, on the strength of the interim anticipatory bail order dated 23.04.2025, on execution of the bail bond. 4. Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State by referring to the Case Diary has submitted that after obtaining interim bail, the accused petitioner is cooperating with the I.O. of the case and on his appearance, he was shown arrested and subsequently released on bail after recording his police statement. And since the accused petitioner is cooperating, his further custodial remand may not be required. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and since the accused is cooperating with the I.O. of the case for further investigation of the case and he has already been arrested and subsequently, released on bail in term of the interim order dated 23.04.2025 and as submitted, the further custodial remand of the accused petitioner is no longer necessary, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the accused petitioner on 23.04.2025 is hereby regularized and made absolute, on the same terms and condition with a further condition that the accused petitioner shall not try to contact, directly or indirectly, to the victim of the case. This condition is in addition to the bail condition imposed upon the accused petitioner on Page No.# 3/3 23.04.2025. 6. This bail order shall be read along with the order dated 23.04.2025. 7.
