Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 21.03.1984 passed by Shri Jagdish, VIth Additional Sessions Judge, Mirzapur, in Sessions Trial No. 326 of 1982, convicting and sentencing the appellant under Section 302 IPC for imprisonment of life and under Section 307/34 IPC for five years rigorous imprisonment. 3. Pursuant to the earlier order calling living status report of the sole appellant-Kishore, learned CJM, Mirzapur vide his communication dated 04.01.2022 has reported that the sole appellant-Kishore died about 20-22 years ago. 4.
