Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Yadav, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, his client lost his son by road accident. On query he submits, he was just 19 years old and dependent of his client. His client is cultivator. He had applied for compensation under the scheme of "Mukhyamantri Krishak Kalyan Yojana". By order dated 8th October, 2024, respondent no.3 (the Sub- Divisional Magistrate) rejected the claim. The scheme covers road accidents. He seeks interference. 2. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, there should be no interference. The deceased did not have any land recorded in his name. 3. Following view taken on order dated 21st August, 2024 by co- ordinate Bench in Writ-C no. 26183 of 2024 (Smt. Gulab Kali vs. State of U.P. and 3 others), we direct respondent no.3 to reconsider the claim and false disbursement of compensation under the scheme within six weeks of communication of certified copy of this order. 4.
