JUSTICE S G PANDIT) This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of interim order dated 29.10.2024, passed in W.P No.106173/2024, which reads as follows: INTERIM ORDER Pending issue of Rule nisi in the aforesaid Writ Petition it is hereby ordered by this Court on THE 29TH DAY OF OCTOBER 2024 By Hon’ble Mr. Justice PRADEEP SINGH YERUR as follows: “Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel Sri.Sharad Magdum is directed to take notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Registry to show his name in the cause list. Copies to be served by the counsel for the petitioner. Respondent No.1 shall not implement the order dated 08.10.2024, till the next date of hearing.” 2. Heard learned counsel Sri.M.S.Haravi for complainant and perused the entire contempt petition papers. 3. The promotion order dated 08.10.2024 is placed on record as documents No.1 to 3. A reading of the promotion - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4461-DB CCC No. 100069 of 2025 order dated 08.10.2024 would indicate that promotion has come into effect from 08.10.2024 and the promoted officers are put on probation for a period of 1 year from the said date. Therefore, we don’t see any willful disobedience as alleged in the contempt petition by the respondent/accused. Therefore, we are not inclined to issue notice on this contempt petition. 4.
