By way of the present petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. prayer is made for directing the official respondents No.1 to 3 to take necessary steps for the purpose to carry out proper/further investigation in case FIR No.437 dated 16.11.2023, under Sections 302 & 34 IPC and Section 3(2)(V) of SC & ST Act (Section 304 IPC and Sections 3, 4 & 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act added later on and Section 302 IPC deleted subsequently), registered at Police Station Old Faridabad, District Faridabad, Haryana as the investigation conducted by the investigating agency and challan dated 30.01.2024 filed under Section 304 IPC appears to be improper and faulty.

At the very outset, learned State counsel, while relying upon the contents of the status report dated 17.05.2024 filed by way of an affidavit of Sh. Shailendra Singh (HPS), Asstt. Commissioner of Police, Sarai, District Faridabad on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3-State, submits that during investigation it was found in CCTV footage that on 15.11.2023 in the night Ramandeep Singh 2025.07.01 15:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

at about 8:45 PM, the accused Deepak, Virender @ Veeru, Sidhant and deceased Vikas seen entering the followed by two girls, namely Moni and Kiran Aggarwal. She further submits that during investigation, it was also revealed that the deceased had fallen from the window of room No.106 at about 3:30 AM. She submits that the accused persons are directly involved in the present case, and after completion of investigation and collection of sufficient evidence against them, the challan has been submitted before the learned trial Court on 06.02.2024. She also submits that now, the present case is pending before the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Faridabad for 08.07.2024 for consideration.

The above facts have not been controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, in view of the affidavit of Sh. Shailendra Singh (HPS), Asstt. Commissioner of Police, Sarai, District Faridabad and the
submissions made by the learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands
disposed of.
