No. 7432 of 2022 dated 23.07.2025 in Crime No. 17 of 2025, pending on the file of the Nellore Rural Police Station, Nellore District; The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions, but the charge sheet has not yet been filed. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, condition Nos. (ii) and (iii) imposed on the petitioner herein vide the order in CrI.P. No.7432 of 2025, dated 23.07.2025 directing him to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once a week, i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet, and restraining him from leaving the limits of the District without prior permission of the learned Trial Judge are hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required. Accordingly, the I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed. SD/- K.
