As per the compliance report dated 26.05.2025, filed by Dr. Paramjeet, BDPO, Mundlana, Sonipat, order dated 09.07.2015 has been complied with. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The relevant para 3 of the compliance report dated 26.05.2025, is reproduced as under:- “3. That the deponent as well as respondent No.1 & 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 neither undertook any demolition/construction activity nor entered into the land in possession of the petitioner with regard to the land in question and there is no any third party interest has been created in the land mentioned in the above said order dated 09/07/2015.
