On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the defacto complainant, viz., the second respondent herein, has already withdrawn the amount which was deposited by the petitioner to the credit of Crime No.24 of 2023 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chengalpet. 3. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for in this petition cannot be granted.
