Trust ...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly nature of writ of Mandamus declare that the impugned G.O.Ms.No.1536 Rev.(End) dt.20.12.2008 is liable to be set-aside in so far as Grant-in-Aid- Permission and without having integrating the concerned as it is contrary to the letter and spirit of the G.O.Ms.No.381 dt.27.03.2006 as per the Resolutions No.655 dt.03.02.2006 and Resolution one in the services into TTD is No.619 dt.29.01.2008 passed by the T.T.D. Board in so far as Sri Lakshmi Vemkateswara Swamy Temple, Devunigadapa (Pata kadapa) is concerned as the Government has no power or jurisdiction to alter or nullify the object sought to be achieved under Resolutions once passed strictly in accordance with the Rules and consequently declare that the petitioners being employees of taken over temple of Sri Lakshmi Vemkateswara Swamy employees as per the Resolutions passed by the Temple, Devunigadapa are entitled to be absorbed/treated to be of T.T.D., interms of G.O.Ms.No.381 dt.27.03.2006 No.655 dt.03.02.2006 and Resolution No.619 dt.29.01.2008 T.T.D. Board with.all consequential benefits such as, PRC 2015, periodical increments, leave encashment pension etc., as per the T.T.D.
