The respondent Nos.1 and 2, who are parents of the deceased are permitted to withdraw 40% of the amount each along with accrued interest. The respondent Nos.3 and 5, who are unmarried sisters of the deceased are permitted to withdraw 10% of the amount each with accrued interest. 2. The civil application is disposed of. (ROHIT W.
