The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application vide Annexure-C and also letter PÀæ.PÀA±Á:J¯ïJ:PÀÆå:¹Dgï-2019-20 dated 04.08.2020 written by the 2nd respondent vide Annexure-E. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing respondents 3 and 4 to consider the application vide Annexure-C and also letter dated 04.08.2020 written by the 2nd respondent vide Annexure-E.
